Mr. Narayanswamy Venkitkrishnan, aged 45 years, is the Managing Director of our company. He is an accomplished business leader with over 14 years of experience in the commodity market. Known for his strategic foresight, operational excellence, and a strong customer-focused approach, Mr. Venkitkrishnan has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s diverse portfolio of premium agro-commodities. His leadership has ensured that the company continues to thrive in an increasingly competitive global landscape. Through his guidance, Adon Agro Commodities has consistently met the needs of its clients, delivered high-quality products and maintained strong relationships in the international trade arena.

Mrs. Jigisha Narayanswamy, aged 40 years, was appointed as the Executive Director of our Company on February 24, 2025. She holds a BA degree from Mumbai University (2005) and a diploma in Commercial Arts from St Francis Institute of Art & Design (2006). She is an experienced professional with over 5 years of expertise in managing HR, admin, and marketing activities. In this capacity, Jigisha is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of all key business functions, including human resources, administrative processes, and marketing strategies. Her expertise spans a wide range of operational areas, including employee recruitment, talent management, training and development, and performance evaluation. On the marketing front, Jigisha has successfully developed and implemented strategies to increase brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.

Mr. Shubham Ratan Sharma, aged 33 years, was appointed as the Executive Director of our Company on June 14, 2024. He holds a B.Com from Mumbai University (April 2016) and has appeared for Chartered Accountancy course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, bringing a strong foundation in financial management. With over 6.5 years of experience in driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business growth across multiple sectors. He plays a key role in managing global inventory, logistics and trading functions, ensuring seamless operations and optimizing performance. Shubham brings valuable strategic insights, having shaped the company’s long-term vision and operational excellence. He is skilled at leveraging technology to streamline compliance, enhance reporting accuracy, and support sustainable business practices, making him an integral part of the leadership team.

Mr. Madhu Sudan Kushwaha, aged 34 years is the Independent cum Non-Executive Director of our Company and was appointed on January 01, 2026. He holds a B.Com from University of Rajasthan (2011) and is a Chartered Accountant (2016). He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a practicing Chartered Accountant since 2017, with experience of over 5 years in statutory audit, taxation, GST compliance and company law matters. He is the proprietor of M/s Madhu Sudan Kushwaha & Associates, Jaipur, and has handled statutory, internal and bank audits for various corporates and financial institutions. His expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance and internal controls strengthens the Company’s governance framework.

Ms. Shilpa Bung Gupta, aged 36 years, is the Independent cum Non-Executive Director of our Company and was appointed on September 18, 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Osmania University (April 2010), a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) degree (2013) and is a Company Secretary (2015) in Practice with extensive expertise in corporate governance,regulatory compliance, and strategic leadership. With over 3.5 years of experience in the field, Shilpa has built a distinguished career in advising businesses on best practices in corporate governance, compliance with statutory requirements, and driving strategic initiatives for growth. She has previously held the prestigious position of Secretary for the ICSI Hyderabad Chapter and is currently serving as the Vice Chairperson.

Mr. Shubham Jain, aged 31 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He was appointed as an Independent Director on our Board pursuant to a resolution passed at the Board Meeting held on February 24, 2025. He holds a qualification of Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (2019), B.Com from University of Rajasthan (2015) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Rajasthan (2018). Mr. Shubham Jain has an overall experience of over 6.5 years and specializes in Company Law, Trademark Law, Labour Law, and Foreign Exchange Management Laws. Over the course of his career, he has developed significant expertise in corporate legal advisory and compliance matters. In addition to his directorship in our Company, he also serves as an Independent Director for various companies.

Mrs. Manisha Agrawal is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our Company and was appointed on February 01, 2025. She is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with a B. Com degree from Utkal University. Manisha brings over 6 years of experience in financial management, taxation, and auditing. Since joining our company, Manisha has been strengthening the company’s internal controls and risk management policies. She oversees financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management, ensuring financial stability and supporting business growth. During her career Manisha has held significant roles at Ducol Organics & Colours Limited and Phoenix Solutions.

Mrs. Snehal Gajanan Mhatre, aged 40 years, is the Company Secretary of our Company She has over 3.3 years plus of experience (including experience as CS, semi-qualified CS, Articleship, Legal, client consulting) in the area of Company Secretarial Compliances and Legal of various Category / Sector of Companies). She also holds a Law and B. Com degree from Mumbai University. Throughout her carrier she has played a pivotal role in spearheading strategic legal initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and strengthening governance frameworks and was instrumental in adoption of best internal Corporate Policies, establishing strategic business partnership, guiding the Board of Directors and complementing the business strategies, unlocking substantial value for shareholders and steering the regulatory process.

Mr. Swaroop Rajendra Warankar, aged 29 years, is the IT Support & Data Centre Operations professional of our company. He has completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University. He is responsible for supporting data centers, servers, networking hardware, desktop systems, and enterprise applications, ensuring high availability of systems,maintaining infrastructure security, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and delivering reliable hardware, software, and application support to end users.

Ms. Navneet Othian, aged 24 years, is the Senior Marketing Head of our company. She has completed Bachelor of Commerce from SIES College Nerul of Arts Commerce and Science, University of Mumbai in the year 2022. She has been associated with our company since May 2025. She is responsible for leading overall marketing function and strategy development, overseeing brand positioning, managing cross-functional marketing teams, and executing comprehensive marketing plans including digital marketing campaigns, social media marketing and content strategy.

Mrs. Pooja Rokade, aged 25 years, is the Senior Sales Head of our company. She has completed Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University in the year 2021. She has been associated with our company since July 2025. She has an experience of over 2.3 years and is responsible for leading and managing sales teams across multiple territories, developing and executing comprehensive regional sales strategies, managing regional P&L and sales forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless operations.

Mr. Rajkumar Sadba Reddy, aged 30 years, is the Quality Supervisor of our company. He has completed B. Tech in Food Technology. He has been associated with our company since August 2025. He is responsible for managing quality control and inventory operations, conducting third-party audits, handling production, packaging, quality, and dispatch operations, monitoring product standards and quality control programs, inspecting frozen food products, maintaining hygiene in the premises, personal hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
